We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. In many cases orders are shipped the next working day.

All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service using InXpress. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email including full tracking details. We aim to get your shoes delivered to your doorstep no longer than 2 days from your order.
Kindly note that shipments sent outside of the EU may be liable to import duties and taxes. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
We offer free delivery to our uk customers if you spend a minimum order of £300.
We offer free delivery to our European based clients if you spend a minimum order of £400.
We offer free delivery to our North American based clients if you spend a minimum order of £450.
We offer free delivery to our Oceanic based clients if you spend a minimum order of £500.
We offer free delivery to our Asian based clients if you spend a minimum order of £600.
We offer free delivery to our African based clients if you spend a minimum order of £700.
We want you to be delighted with your Sukie's products. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return an item for a refund or exchange. We advise you check your items as soon as they arrive.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unworn, and within its original packaging.
How to return

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly suggest using a tracked delivery service.
Please allow 5 working days for us to process your returns.
Returns can also be made in store.
Please ensure to clearly mark your package as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Not doing so could result in delays as well as additional import duties and taxes charged to you by UK customs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send email confirmation of your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reach you.
