For orders in the UK
All orders are packaged between Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 13:00. Orders placed within this time will arrive with you the next working day. Any orders placed after 13:00 will be packaged the following working day and dispatched - unless there is a bank holiday weekend.
Sukie's Shoes does not use any other slower or cheaper service than the next working day service. Customers who spend more than £300.00 are entitled to Free Next Day Delivery.
Sukie's Shoes uses the DHL next day tracked and signed service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from InXpress including full tracking details.
Sukie's Shoes DO NOT provide pre-paid RETURNS LABELS in the packages we send, should you need to return any items.
Sukie's Shoes cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items during delivery. This includes delivery on purchase and delivery on return.
Brexit changes/international orders
All orders outside of the UK now require customs clearance, which we will handle through our courier network. As the UK has now left the European Union, deliveries to or from are now subject to clearance delays, and import duties/taxes/fees. Duties, taxes or any admin fees are not the responsibility of Sukies, and are solely the responsibility of the customer. Any local duty or tax dispute is charged by a local tax authority, who is the point of contact for any issue or dispute. This information applies to all customers outside of the UK, regardless of country. Changes as a result of Brexit has meant increasing traffic and delays at depots across the country, for goods being delivered across the UK or internationally. This means a minority of orders may experience a delay in transit.
We offer free delivery to our uk customers if you spend a minimum order of £300.
We offer free delivery to our European based clients if you spend a minimum order of £400.
We offer free delivery to our North American based clients if you spend a minimum order of £450.
We offer free delivery to our Oceanic based clients if you spend a minimum order of £500.
We offer free delivery to our Asian based clients if you spend a minimum order of £600.
We offer free delivery to our African based clients if you spend a minimum order of £700.
We have been informed by our shipping partners that there are severe delays affecting domestic and international deliveries. This is owing to short-staff of drivers and warehouse staff, as well as delays and precautions surrounding Covid-19. In some cases, limited flight, vehicle or staff availability may mean a minority of orders experience a delay in transit.
