Welcome to the Sukie’s website terms and conditions (“Terms”). These terms apply to the use of this website and by accessing the website and/or placing an order for products you agree to be bound by the Terms set out below. If you do not agree to them, we please advise you to leave our website. Sukie’s website is provided solely for your personal use.

Purchase of Products
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are:

Sukie’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Paypal, and Apple Pay. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. All prices on our website include VAT at the current prevailing rate for which we are responsible.
Non UK & EU Customers
All orders are charged in Pound Sterling. If you use a credit or debit card registered overseas, the total will be determined by the card issuer, based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. Please be aware that your card issuer may charge a fee for currency conversion – if you are unsure, please contact them before placing your order.
Please note that you may also be liable to import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. We cannot be held liable for any of these charges, and you, as the recipient, maintain responsibility for these costs. If you are unsure whether these charges may apply to your order, please contact your local tax or customs authorities.
Reduction in prices through reclaiming VAT is not available.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Confirmation of your order
Order are subject to acceptance and availability. Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Product Information and Availability
Whilst we take great care to ensure that all product information and stock levels are up-to-date, we reserve the right to refuse orders where information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
All goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, or there has been an error, we will notify you as soon as possible, to update, amend, or cancel the order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time.
All photographs, descriptive matter and specifications of the product on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the shoes.
We make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible, however, colour displays can be different depending on your computer settings, so exact colour matches are not possible. This means that colours of the products you order may differ from what you see on screen. We can’t guarantee that the descriptions, colours or the other content is accurate, error free or complete.
When do we take payment?
A contract between you and Sukie's for the purchase of our products will commence once we confirm that your order has been dispatched. You will receive a despatch confirmation by email. It is at this point that you will be charged.
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract if the goods supplied are found to be faulty on receipt or at any time within 14 days; beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case, we will replace the item at no charge to you or if we are unable to do so, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products.
To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately and at your own cost and risk. Please take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

You may sometimes find that products on our Web site are priced differently to those in our store.
